At E Source Energy, we are committed to providing high-quality solar solutions and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Please review our Return & Refund Policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Custom-Built and Installed Systems

All solar systems and components we provide are custom-designed and professionally installed based on each client’s unique requirements and site conditions. Due to this customization:

  • Once installation work has started or equipment has been commissioned, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed installations unless required by applicable law.

🛠 2. Faulty or Damaged Equipment

If any equipment is found to be defective, damaged, or non-functional on delivery or during installation:

  • We will promptly inspect and, if confirmed, repair or replace the faulty equipment at no extra cost to you.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery or installation to claim this replacement.

📦 3. Standard (Uninstalled) Products

For standard products or accessories (e.g., solar lights, small inverters, or battery packs) that have not been installed or used:

  • Returns can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
  • Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping or handling costs) to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before installation work begins or before custom equipment is ordered.
  • Once installation has started or equipment has been customized, cancellations are not accepted.

📍 5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after returned items are inspected.
  • Refunds are made using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

🧰 6. Warranty & Support

All our solar systems and components come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects and performance issues.
